Is there anything I need to bring when I visit the store?
Customers who exchange more than 2,000,000 yen will need to provide identification documents.

Is there any difference between the rates listed on the website and the store rates?
Due to fluctuations in the exchange rate, the rate may be updated several times a day.
Therefore, the rate listed on the website may different from the store rate.
When will the rates be updated?
The rates applicable to the service will be posted on the website around 10:30 a.m. every business day. In the case of Sundays and holidays, the rate of the previous day will be applied.
In addition, due to fluctuations in the exchange rate, the rate may be changed without notice outside of the above times.
How long does it take to exchange money at the store?
It can be completed in a few minutes. However, if you are exchanging 500,000 yen or more, we will need to verify your identity and it may take longer than usual. Please understand this in advance.
